1. Delivery & Shipping Policy
- We offer delivery across Pakistan.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
- Shipping Charges: We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all orders across Pakistan.
2. Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most orders.
- Bank Transfer: Customers paying via bank transfer must share the payment receipt/screenshot on our official WhatsApp number. Orders will only be dispatched after payment confirmation.
- Advance Payment: For large orders or first-time customers placing high-value orders, Blyek reserves the right to request advance payment. This will be determined at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
3. Order Cancellation
Blyek reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice. Reasons for cancellation may include:
- Product being out of stock.
- Incomplete or invalid contact information provided by the customer.
- Unreachable shipping address.
- Failure to confirm the order via phone or WhatsApp.
4. Damaged & Defective Products
We take great care in packaging, but if a product reaches you in a damaged condition:
- At Doorstep: If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept it and inform us immediately with a picture.
- After Acceptance: If you discover damage after opening the parcel, you must send us clear pictures of the damaged product and packaging immediately to record your entry for a replacement.
- Upon verification, we will dispatch a new parcel to you.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns/Refunds: We only offer refunds or returns if the product is defective or damaged during transit. We do not offer returns for “change of mind” on perfect products.
- Refund Process: Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 7 working days.
- Exchanges: You may exchange a product only if it is unopened, the seal is intact, and it is in its original packaging. Used or sprayed perfumes cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene and quality standards.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to the Blyek logo, brand name, product images, descriptions, and website design, is the intellectual property of Blyek. You are strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Blyek shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or products.
