2. Returns & Refunds Policy (Blyek)

Damaged or Defective Products

  • At Doorstep: If the parcel is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please Refuse to Accept it and inform us immediately.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will immediately dispatch a Fresh Replacement to you at no extra cost.

Exchange Policy

  • Due to hygiene and quality standards, we cannot exchange or return any perfume that has been sprayed or whose original packaging has been opened.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if we are unable to provide a replacement for a defective/damaged product.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or returns for “Change of Mind” or personal fragrance preferences.
